Who we are
This website, https://imstllher.com, is operated by Aleksandra Lenovski, operating Still Her, in the United States. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Still Her.
Questions or privacy requests: imstillherco@gmail.com. We don’t list a mailing address at this time.
We welcome visitors from around the world, including the EU, UK and California. Still Her operates from the United States. Our service providers may process information in other countries.
Information we collect
Workshop registration. Your first name and email address, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older (with the time you confirmed). Optionally, your Instagram handle and what you’d like to create. We also record whether you agreed to marketing emails, when you registered, and when you click your personal join link (a click, not proof of attendance).
Accounts. When you create an account we store your email address, name (if provided), a securely handled password or your Google sign-in, and whether your email is confirmed.
Studio Pass and courses. Your access level, lesson progress, saved project work and preferences.
Other forms. Free guides, waitlists, call bookings and applications may ask for details such as name, email, phone number, Instagram handle, niche and short answers about your goals. Partnership applications may include files you upload.
Community and messages. Posts, comments, messages and images you share in the community, client portal or AI assistant.
Payments. Subscription and purchase records (such as status, dates and amounts). Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout and are not stored on our site.
Usage. Google Analytics is currently turned off on this site, so we don’t collect visit statistics through it. If we turn it back on, it will only run for visitors who accept analytics cookies, and we will update this policy.
Free live workshop and temporary Studio Pass access
The free live workshop is for adults aged 18 and over. When registering you tick a box confirming you are 18 or older. This is a self-confirmation: we don’t collect birth dates or ID and don’t verify age. This age requirement applies to the workshop only.
Registering gives you the live Google Meet workshop and free Studio Pass guest access during the session only (12–1 PM Eastern on the workshop date). To use guest access, sign in or create an account with the same email you registered with and confirm it. Guest access ends automatically when the session ends, and private file links stop working. Paid Studio Pass access is unaffected.
Google Meet and the workshop recording
The workshop takes place on Google Meet, which Google operates under its own privacy policy. Google may process your name, image, voice and any messages you share in the call.
We plan to record the workshop. If you speak, turn on your camera, or share your screen or other content, you may appear in the recording. You can stay muted with your camera off. The replay is kept inside Studio Pass for paying members. We don’t use attendees’ contributions in promotional material. We may remove the replay at any time; it is not guaranteed to stay available permanently.
Emails
When you register, we send a confirmation email, reminders about 24 hours and 1 hour before the session, and a follow-up after it. These are about the workshop you asked to join. Account emails (such as sign-up confirmation and password resets) and purchase emails are also sent as needed.
Marketing emails are optional. We only send them if you choose to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, or by emailing imstillherco@gmail.com.
How we use your information
To run the workshop and send its emails; to create and secure your account; to provide Studio Pass, courses and community features; to process subscriptions and purchases; to reply to you; to send marketing emails if you opt in; and to understand how the site is used.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers we use
- Lovable / Lovable Cloud: website hosting, accounts and sign-in, database and private file storage.
- Google: optional Google sign-in, Google Meet for the workshop, Google Calendar for session scheduling, and Google Analytics (currently turned off).
- Stripe: subscription and purchase payments.
- Resend: sending emails.
- Notion: storing free kit sign-ups.
- AI providers (via Lovable AI, Anthropic and OpenAI): only when you use the AI assistant, to process the messages and images you send it.
Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit, we ask about optional cookies. Optional categories are off until you choose to accept them. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the homepage, the workshop page and this page.
Essential (always on):
- Sign-in storage that keeps you logged in, and storage used by payments and workshop access.
- A record of your cookie choice and when you made it.
- Stripe cookies (such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid), set only when you open a checkout. Stripe uses them for fraud prevention and secure payments. Stripe’s payment script isn’t loaded on other pages.
- A small cookie that can remember whether a sidebar menu is open, set only if you use that menu.
Optional (only if you accept):
- Analytics: Google Analytics. It is currently turned off and doesn’t load for anyone, even if you accept. If we turn it back on, it will load only after you accept.
- Referral tracking: if you arrive through an affiliate link, the code is saved in your browser for 30 days so the referrer gets credit.
If you withdraw consent, we delete any saved referral code, remove any Google Analytics cookies set on our domain and reload the page. Any data Google Analytics collected earlier isn’t deleted by this; it follows Google Analytics’ retention settings.
Rejecting optional cookies doesn’t affect registration, signing in, payments or workshop access.
How long we keep information
Workshop records: 90 days after a workshop ends, we automatically delete its registrations (including optional answers and 18+ confirmations), join-link clicks, visit statistics and email delivery logs. If you opted in to marketing emails, we keep only your first name, email address and a record of your consent (when you gave it, where, and which notice version you saw), and remove everything else from that registration. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address, your original consent record and the unsubscribe date so we don’t accidentally email you again. This cleanup doesn’t touch Studio Pass accounts, subscriptions or payment records.
Other records (accounts, Studio Pass, purchases and other forms) don’t have a set deletion schedule yet. We keep them until they are no longer needed or you ask us to delete them, except where we need to keep certain records, such as payment records. Copies held by our service providers (for example, email delivery logs, payment records and database backups) follow those providers’ own retention.
Studio Pass guest access itself ends automatically when the workshop session ends.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, UK or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, to object to or limit certain uses, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing imstillherco@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
